Flair 58 Preheat Controller

The Flair 58 comes equipped with a preheat system on the brewing head that allows users to maintain a constant preheat during and in-between shots of espresso. With the Preheat Controller, you can easily preheat your brew head to three temperature tiers:

• Low Heat – roughly 85° C (185° F)
  
• Medium Heat – roughly 90° C (194° F)
  
• High Heat – roughly 95° C (203° F)
